Blue Skies Painting was started in 1989 by Giovanni Cardilicchia, who learned the construction industry through his father's stucco repair and installation business. Giovanni recognized issues that caring home owners have about 'dirty' stucco, or faded wood. Many would hire a power washer and a crew of painters only to find the problem getting worse, and much more expensive to repair. Giovanni was often called in to 'fix' others mistakes and discovered a technique that works wonders for stucco and wood problems.
